Frequently asked questions
Which AI models do you track?
Brand tracks GPT-4o-mini (OpenAI), Claude Haiku (Anthropic), and Perplexity Sonar. We probe each model with your configured queries on a weekly or daily schedule depending on your plan.
How often are probes run?
Brand runs probes roughly weekly (checked daily; re-run once 6 days have passed since the last probe). Brand Enterprise runs probes daily. Results are aggregated into your Share-of-Voice dashboard.
What is Share-of-Voice for AI?
AI Share-of-Voice (SoV) is the percentage of AI model responses to your target queries that mention your brand, out of all brand mentions across those responses. If your 10 queries generate 10 responses and your brand appears in 6 of them, your SoV is 60%. It is the AI equivalent of search impression share.
Can I track multiple brands?
Brand supports one primary brand with up to 10 queries. Brand Enterprise supports custom competitor sets alongside your brand, letting you track SoV for multiple entities simultaneously. Multi-brand workspace support is on the roadmap.
What is included in the free trial?
There is no time-limited trial. The Free tier gives you 3 AI readiness scans per day, permanently. Brand Monitor features (automated probes, SoV scoring, competitor tracking) require a Brand or Brand Enterprise subscription. You can cancel within 7 days of your first paid charge for a full refund.
