How does the AI Readiness Score work?
Orbzy crawls your site and evaluates 40+ signals that AI models use when deciding whether to cite a page — structured data, llms.txt presence, semantic heading structure, factual authority markers, Core Web Vitals, and more. Each signal is weighted by its empirical impact on citation probability and rolled up into a 0–100 score.
What's the difference between AI Readiness and Brand Monitor?
AI Readiness tracks whether your site is technically structured for LLMs to crawl and cite. Brand Monitor tracks real-world citation share: it actually queries ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity and records whether your brand was recommended, at what rank, and who was cited instead.
What is the Fix Pack?
Fix Pack is a one-time $49 add-on that generates a downloadable zip with copy-paste fixes and a deploy.sh script — structured data patches, llms.txt, heading hierarchy corrections. No subscription required. Purchase it from the dashboard after any scan.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep full access until then.
What models do you probe and how often?
All paid plans probe ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity (3 engines). Starter refreshes weekly; Track, Pro, and Agency refresh daily.
Is there a free trial?
The Free tier gives you 5 AI prompts per month with no credit card required — that is a permanent free tier, not a trial. Paid plans do not currently include a trial period, but you can cancel within 7 days of your first charge for a full refund.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once per year at 15% off the monthly rate. You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the annual period.
