Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using AgentSEO (orbzy.app), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The Service

AgentSEO scans websites to assess their readiness for AI agent discovery. Scores are informational only and do not guarantee any particular outcome in AI agent indexing or visibility.

3. Acceptable Use

• Only submit URLs you own or have authorization to scan
• Do not use the service for security testing or vulnerability scanning
• Do not send automated requests that degrade service availability
• Do not reverse-engineer or resell results without permission

4. Payments

Payments are processed through Stripe in USD. Digital reports are delivered immediately upon successful payment. All sales are final unless a technical failure prevents delivery — in which case, refunds are available within 7 days.

5. Intellectual Property

The scanning methodology, scoring algorithms, and fix recommendations are proprietary. Scan results are licensed to you for internal use.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to amounts you've paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms or at our discretion.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes are subject to Irish courts, though consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction may grant additional rights.
