1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using orbzy.app ("the Service"), operated at orbzy.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

orbzy.app provides a website scanning tool that analyses publicly accessible URLs and generates an "AI Readiness Score" across six categories. The Service also offers optional paid reports, email monitoring alerts, and a monitoring dashboard.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit URLs you do not own or have authorisation to scan.
• Use the Service to scan for security vulnerabilities or perform reconnaissance against third-party systems.
• Automate requests in a manner that degrades service availability for other users.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without written permission.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

4. Paid Services & Refunds

Certain features (e.g., full PDF reports and monitoring plans) require payment processed by Stripe. All prices are in USD and inclusive of applicable taxes where required.

Reports are delivered digitally upon successful payment. Due to the immediate delivery of digital content, all sales are final unless the report was not delivered due to a technical fault on our side, in which case contact us within 7 days for a full refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, scoring algorithms, visual design, and branding on the Service are the exclusive property of orbzy.app. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. Scan results generated for your URL are provided for your personal or business use only.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Scores are informational only and do not guarantee any particular outcome in AI agent indexing or visibility.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, orbzy.app and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) shall survive.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction grant you additional rights.
